1. About this site
arkandsoft.com is the website of ArkandSoft, an independent software studio run by Oscar Quintero in Canada. The site describes our products and how to contact us. You don’t need an account to use it, and nothing is sold on it directly.
2. Our products have their own terms
IndieSignal, Auditly, WiseGrocer and Project Check each live on their own domain with their own terms of service, privacy policy and, where they apply, payment terms. When you use or buy one of them, its terms apply, not these.
3. Content and trademarks
The text, design, logos and product names on this site belong to ArkandSoft. You can link to the site and quote short parts of it with attribution. Please don’t copy the site or use our names and logos in a way that suggests we endorse you.
4. Accuracy
We keep product descriptions, statuses and numbers up to date, but products marked “In progress” can change, be delayed or be discontinued. Nothing on this site is a promise that a product will launch with a given feature or on a given date.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to our products and to third-party services such as social networks. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t run.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ArkandSoft isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using or not being able to use this site.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada.
